The last time Dell offered a 2-in-1 device called the XPS 12, it was a convertible notebook with a 12.5 inch touchscreen display that could rotate 180 degrees, allowing you to fold down the lid and hold the laptop like a tablet.

Now it looks like Dell is reviving the XPS 12 name… but this time the company plans to offer a 12 inch tablet with a detachable keyboard dock. According to leaked information obtained by German site Giga, the new XPS 12 will have also have a 4K display and support for digital pen input



Giga reports that the upcoming XPS 12 features a 12 inch, 3840 x 2160 pixel display and that it’s an “Infinity” display much like the screen on the Dell XPS 13 ultrabook. That means the bezels around the edges of the display will be super slim.

Other features are expected to include a Thunderbolt 3 port with a USB Type-C connector, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, and a detachable keyboard dock with backlit keys and a touchpad. A magnetic locking mechanism holds the keyboard and tablet together when you want to use the computer as a notebook.

The Dell XPS 12 is expected to ship with Windows 10 and support a Dell Active Stylus for pressure-sensitive input when writing or drawing on the screen.

Dell is also expected to offer an optional desktop dock.

Pricing hasn’t been announced for the new XPS 12 yet, and we don’t know how much memory or RAM it has or what processor it uses — although I’d expect it to feature a 6th-gen Core M Skylake or faster processor.

If Giga is correct, we should know more by October. That’s when the new XPS 12 is expected to launch.

•Windows 10
•802.11ac WiFi, Miracast and WiDi wireless display, and NFC

Μου ζητουσε σε ανδροιδ αλλα ειναι λιγο δυσχρηστο το ολο 8εμα το ebanking και ειδικα αν θελεις να εκτυπωσεις κατι.

 

Βεβαια θελουμε να εχει gps.

 

Του προτεινα να κοιταξουμε σε win και μετα μου ειπε αν μπορει να ειναι dualboot.

Dual boot συστήματά ασχολούνται μονο οι Κινέζοι και όχι οι άλλοι επώνυμοι κατασκευαστές.

Βέβαια υπόψη όλα αυτα έρχονται με την προηγούμενη γενιά Intel επεξεργαστών και όχι την καινούργια που θα αρχίσουν να βγαίνουν σταδιακά το επόμενο τρίμηνο και στη συνέχεια βέβαια.

 

Επίσης gps στα Windows tablet σπάνια βάζουν οι κατασκευαστές,μονο στα σκέτα android tablet βάζουν οι περισσότεροι.

 

Πάντως μια καλή πρόταση σε Windows το συγκεκριμένο Asus ενδεικτικά απο γερμανικο Amazon.

Dell launched a 10 inch Windows tablet with an Intel Bay Trail processor earlier this year. Now the company appears to be getting ready to release an updated model with a more powerful Intel Atom Cherry Trail chip.

 

According to leaked information posted by German site Giga, the new Dell Venue 10 Pro 5056 will be available with a full HD display, an optional keyboard dock, a digital pen, and a 3D, depth-sensing camera.

 

 

The upcoming tablet is expected to feature a USB Type-C connector, a micro HDMi port, mini USB port, and an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera. The optional 3D camera is most likely an Intel RealSense camera.

 

The new Dell Venue 10 Pro will support up to 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage, 802.11ac WiFi, and optional 4G LTE and HSPA+ connectivity. There’s also an option for NFC.

 

Dell’s new 10 inch tablet is said to measure less than 0.4 inches thick, and optional accessories include a keyboard dock with backlit keys and a digital pen that uses Wacom technology.

 

Note that Dell hasn’t officially confirmed any of these details — but if Giga’s information is accurate, the new Dell Venue 10 Pro should launch in November

Σε υβριδικά τα κινεζικά με Core M θα σε κάλυπταν ικανοποιητικά.

Αλλιώς laptop αν δες θες να μπλέξεις με κινέζους που στα 500 ευρω έχουν και ξεχωριστή κάρτα γραφικών.

εχωωω χαθει φιλε μου...εχει τοσα πολλα που δεν ξερω ποιο να διαλεξω ...δεν ξερω και απο επεξεργαστες καρτες γραφικων κτλπ...

Dell is updating its Venue 8 Pro line of Windows tablets with a new model that means business.

 

The new Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000 Series tablet features a sturdy MIL-STD tested case, support for a Wacom digital pen, and optional 4G LTE and NFC. It also has a USB Type-C port which will let you connect a desktop docking station (due out in 2016).

 

Dell says the new Venue 8 Pro 5000 Series tablet will be available in North America soon for $299 and up.

 

The tablet will be available with either a 1280 x 800 pixel or a 1920 x 1200 pixel touchscreen display. Both models support 802.11ac WiFi, Windows 10 software, and feature Intel Atom processors.

 

Dell isn’t saying exactly which Atom processor powers the tablet, but if the leak we saw earlier this month is correct, the tablet will likely have an Intel Atom x5-8500 Cherry Trail processor.

The NEC LaVie Tab W TW710 features a 10.1 inch, 1920 x 1200 pixel display, an Intel Atom x7-8700 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a detachable keyboard, and an active digitizer pen.

 

The tablet features 802.11ac WiFi, Bliuetoth 4.0, and coms with Windows 10 Home 64-bit software. It has a 5MP rear camera, a 1.2MP front camera, a USB 3.0 port, microSD card slot, and stereo speakers.

 

NEC says the LaView Tab W TW710 should get up to 11.5 hours of battery life.

 

The tablet alone measures about 0.35 inches thick and weighs about 1.3 pounds. Add the keyboard dock and the combined device weighs about 2.5 pounds and measures 0.94 inches thick.

 

NEC is selling the tablet and pen for about $600 in Japan. Add the keyboard dock and the price goes up to $700. Computers tend to cost more in Japan than the US… but sadly NEC hasn’t sold computers in the US in a long time, so the LaView Tab W710 probably won’t be coming to North America anytime soon

According to the website, the XPS 12 has a 4K Ultra HD display, and an “innovative magnetic connection” that allows you to quickly switch from tablet mode to laptop mode.

 

I didn’t find many other details on the Dell website, but the folks at WinFuture have uncovered some additional specs, including:

 

There will be a cheaper version with a 1920 x 1080 pixel display.

The 4K model will have a Sharp IGZO display with 352 pixels per inch.

Dell’s Active Pen will work with the tablet.

The 2-in-1 tablet will feature a Core M Skylake processor and it will be available with Core M3, M5, or M7 options.

Other specs include support for 4GB or 8GB of RAM and an M.2 SATA solid state drive.

The XPS 12 is expected to ahve dual-band 802.11ac WiFI, Bluetooth 4.0, two Thunderbolt 3/USB Type-C ports, an SD card reader, and 8MP and 5MP cameras.

The tablet has a 30 WHr battery.

Δυσκολα θα βρεις πολλές πληροφορίες για το συγκεκριμένο μιας και καινούργιο μοντέλο ειναι και επίσημα στις δυτικές αγορές δεν έρχεται καν.

Μονο απο κινεζικά site θα βρεις review η εντυπώσεις η στην καλύτερη απο χρήστες απο κινεζικά on line shop.
