Η Paypal μπλοκαρε τη καρτα μου

Καλημέρα, γνωρίζει κανεις τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας, κατα προτίμιση δωρεάν, με την Paypal. Εδω και 2 εβδομαδες μου μπλόκαρε την κάρτα μου για άγνωστη αιτία. Ευχαριστώ!

Έστειλα e-honey... Θα μου απαντησουν ; Πόσο καιρό θα πάρει; Έχει επικοινωνήσει κανείς με την paypal μεσω mail ?

To email (ehoney) ειναι ο βελτιστος τρόπος επικοινωνίας με paypal, μετά απο συμπλήρωση φόρμας στο site τους. Τα μηνύματα μένουν στο σύστημα τους οποτε ακόμα κι αν απαντήσεις σε αυτό που στέλνουν δε χρειάζεται να ξαναγράφεις τον πόνο σου. Περίμενε 24-48 ώρες και θα σου απαντήσουν, δοκιμασμένο.

Ερωτηση, η αποστολη των αρχειων, απο οτι καταλαβα προϋποθέτει να στειλω τον κωδικο της καρτας μου, μαζι με Card Security Code (3 Αριθμοι). Με λιγα λογια, να δωσω ολα τα στοιχεια της πιστωτικής μου. Ποσο ασφαλες ειναι ; Ευχαριστώ

Δεν σου ζητά αυτό που λες. Σου ζητά να στείλεις ενα screenshot (φωτογραφία) της σελίδας που εχεις προβλημα (μαζί με το προβλημα) και τον κώδικα της ιστοσελίδας.

 

Πρώτη φορά διαβάζω το paypal να ζητά κάτι τετοιο, αλλά αν δεν μας πεις και το προβλημα δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τι συμβαίνει.

 

Επισης επειδή εχω μια υποψία, πες μας ποιος είναι ο αποστολέας του email.

Εισαι πωλητης ή αγοραστης, εχεις καποια σελιδα που εχεις βαλει το παυπαλ, τι ειδους συναλλαγές κάνεις?

Λοιπον, ειμαι αγοραστης, αγοράζω μονο απο ebay! O αποστολεάς ειναι [email protected]. Τους έστειλα αυτα που ζητάνε. Τώρα περιμένω απάντηση. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι, ενώ αγόραζα εδω και τρία χρόνια απο ebay μεσω paypal, ξαφνικά μία μέρα δεν γινότανε γιατιί μου μπλόκαρε την κάρτα. Υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα με τον αποστολέα;

 

Χαρακτηριστικά το μήνυμα τους αναφέρει: This card has been disabled fror entry into the Paypal system!

Θέλει και ένα χαρτί-pdf όχι παλιότερο απο έξι μήνες που να δείχνει ταυτόχρονα το όνομα σου και τον αριθμό της κάρτας δηλαδή τον λογαριασμό ή το ενημερωτικό των κινήσεων κάτι τέτοιο
