misleading

information. To clarify, Ingram Micro is a distributor

of Asus products.

However, as a distributor, we do not hold inidvidual

warranties and as such

can only pass on to our customers the warranties

advised by each

manufacturer. In the case of Asustek products sold to

our customers, all

warranty assistance is direct with a third party

company, the details of

which I cannot supply to you as this item was not

purchased from ourselves.

Whilst I appreciate your predicament, unfortunately we

will be unable to

assist you in this instance for the repair of this
