Δίκιο έχει. Έλεος με την political correct σαπίλα. Κατέβηκε ανάρτηση φίλου μου που ζει στην Αμερική για άρθρο για την αθώωση του Μιλόσεβιτς (που δεν είναι καν fake news, απλά δεν τους αρέσει να το ακούνε και το θάψανε σαν είδηση).

Αυτό είναι το πιο πρόσφατο που χω στο μυαλό, ξέρω αναρίθμητες σελίδες που ανεβάζουν πράγματα που δεν αρέσουν στην προοδευτική μάκα και κατεβαίνουν από τις πλατφόρμες.

Να πέσουν προστίματα να ισιώσουν.

 

Δεν έχει να κάνει με την political correct σαπίλα, αλλα με την σαπίλα στο κεφάλι κάποιων που νομίζουν ότι αθωώθηκε ο Μιλόσεβιτς.

Δεν είναι hoax, το δικαστήριο είπε there was no sufficient evidence presented in this case to find that Slobodan Milosevic agreed with the common plan' [to create territories ethnically cleansed of non-Serbs]. 

Η ποινική δίωξη νεκρού παύει οπότε το αν είναι αθώος ή ένοχος δεν θα δικαστεί ποτέ. Αλλά υπάρχει απόφαση που τον βγάζει έξω.

Βέβαια η σαπίλα κατευθείαν πέταξε λάσπη " ότι δεν είναι αθώωση επίσημη αφού είναι νεκρός, λολ και δεν δικάστηκε".

The fact that a person is, or is not, found to be part of a joint criminal enterprise in a case in which he is not charged has no impact on the status of his own case or his own criminal responsibility.

In short, the trial against Karadzic was against him and him only, and therefore has no impact on the separate case against Slobodan Milosevic. Karadzic, meanwhile, was found guilty of crimes against humanity and genocide, in case Clark has any reservations about Karadzic's role in the Balkan wars. Διάβασε και τι έγραψα από κάτω. Ο Μιλόσεβιτς είναι νεκρός, ούτε να αθωωθεί γίνεται ούτε να καταδικαστεί. Αναφέρθηκε το δικαστήριο σε αυτόν όμως και είπε αυτό που παρέθεσα. Αυτό λέγεται αθώωση. Αλλιώς άμα θες να το πάμε διαφορετικά, έπαυσε η ποινική δίωξη επειδή πέθανε. Δεν έγινε τίποτα, όλα μέλι γάλα.
