Ευχαριστώ για την βοήθεια damdim, αλλά εν τω μεταξύ μπήκα στο forum του Neowin.net που φιλοξενεί το AutoPatcher XP, και βρήκα αυτό το post από ένα Έλληνα user ονόματι Λαζαράκο και το πρόβλημα λύθηκε

Κατά πάσα πιθανότητα το *.reg θα 'ναι ίδιο, αλλά καλού, κακού το ξαναδίνω (μαζί με πρόσθετες οδηγίες):

 

 

 

But there is a solution....and it doesn't involve any re-installing of any kind.

 

Open the notepad and copy-paste these lines:

then save it as a *.reg file .

run it.

do a restart then you should see the language bar in the taskbar area.

Probably (That happenned to me anyway) you can't change the language in the first restart.

 

Go to control panel->regional options->languages-->details-->language bar.

Deselect all options and then enable them again.

The system should ask for a restart , do it and everything should be fine.

 

PS: I 'd like to thank both raptor(Χιλια μπραβο σου ρε παλικάρι) and Flish for the terrific job with autopatcher.It is a life-saver.
