BIOS update

I have a Sony Vaio PCG-61611M (VPCEE3E1E) and I want to update the BIOS (Version R0190Z5) in order to install WIN 10. Can you give me a link to download the BIOS update because I cannot find it from SONY?

I do not know whether this is the latest BIOS for your Sony Vaio. However, it's the only link I have found that works. Please note that the link refers to the model VPCEE3E1E-WI and not the VPCEE3E1E model, and I do not know if there are important differences (I just assume that Wi implies the Wi-Fi). Thus I am skeptic of whether this is the correct one (unless you have the WI version).
