elta took almost one month to deliver me something from thessaloniki, i think they are very busy! Everytime we call cosmote, we get the same reply - "Someone will call within 48 hours." we have called at least 10 times, no one ever calls back. They cant put you through to anyone else. If i was to call vodafone for example are they able to use this connection? Or is it a separate fibre line? I will try the shop also!

We ordered it on 7/11 and they have only just done the inside box last week. Now waiting for the technician. We are in Chalandri. We havent been sent a router 😕

i have this in the house now and the signal is good according to the guy that checked it: Do i just need this cable and box now? Can I just buy this and connect myself? Does anyone know what make/model it is? Cosmote arent helpful at all via the phone.
