Μπορείς να κατεβάσεις το συγκεκριμένο RPM και να το εγκαταστήσεις χειροκίνητα. Π.χ.:

># wget http://ftp.ntua.gr/pub/linux/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/libstdc++-4.0.2-8.fc4.i386.rpm
# rpm -Uvh libstdc++-4.0.2-8.fc4.i386.rpm
# rm libstdc++-4.0.2-8.fc4.i386.rpm

PS. Λογικά αν ορίσεις στο configuration file του YUM για mirror αντί του download.fedoraproject.org το ftp.ntua.gr θα είναι ok και το YUM.
