here 13% with 9900K at 5.2 with 2080 ti ok, absolutely reasonable.

okay with a fast calculator o 3700X at 1080, well no ide usaha we are talking over there with 2560X1080 in game and SMAA x4 i dont think there is even 0.5% difference.  

and all this with other drivers with other versions also GPU bound (cpu game / render) is amd / nvidia combination in the next resolution / filter completely changed (see also  https://www.insomnia.gr/forums/topic/ 650703-am4-ryzen-cpu-ram-overclocking-thread / page / 223 /?
