Πώς ανοίγει αυτό το αρχείο;

Εχω κατεβασει ενα αρχειο με καταληξη UIF.Ξερει κανεις με ποιο προγραμμα ανοιγει?Δοκιμασα με POWER ISO,WINZIP αλλα τζιφος.Το αρχειο αυτο περιεχει φωτογραφιες 1080p.εχει κανεις καμια ιδεα?Γενικα δεν εχω ξανασυναντησει αρχειο με τετοια καταληξη
