Sony shows 8x DVD writer at WPC Expo

 

Sony has displayed its next DVD writer model at the ongoing WPC Expo in Japan. Compared with the DRU-510A the DVD+R write speed has now increased to 8x and CD-R/RW write speed has increased to 40x/24x which make the specifications comparable with Plextor's PX-708A.

Για το LiteON ειχα ανοιξει κι εγω thread πριν μια εβδομαδα. Εδω Ιταλια δεν εχει κυκλοφορησει ακομη, αλλα λεγεται οτι η τιμη του θα ειναι ιδιαιτερα ανταγωνιστικη (γυρω στα 160 ευρω). Προσπαθω κι εγω να συγκρατηθω και να μην παρω τωρα το Pioneer 106, περιμενωντας το LiteON.

Μερικοι ομως εχουν τις αμφιβολιες τους για αυτο το recorder, λογω του οτι ειναι πρωτη αποπειρα dual format της LiteON και γιατι επισης ειχε αναβληθει καποιες φορες η παρουσιαση του, εξαιτιας καποιων προβληματων που υπυρχαν με το φορμα DVD-R.
