Επιστροφή ελαττωματικού προϊόντος σε πωλητή ebay

Καλησπέρα παιδιά αγόρασα μια οθόνη για το κινητό μου από ένα πωλητή στο ebay ήρθε με καθυστέρηση και όταν το άνοιξα είχε βαθύ ράγισμα.Υπάρχει βίντεο από το unpacking που δείχνει τα πάντα.

Τώρα έχω ανοίξει case και ζητάω να με αποζημιώσει και να του στείλω την οθόνη αλλά θέλει να του στείλω πρώτα το προϊόν. Πρώτον με δικά μου έξοδα και επίσης αν δεν το δεχτεί τι παίζει;

Για τι ποσό μιλάμε; Πες του ευγενικά ότι δεν γίνεται και ότι είναι εργαλείο δουλειάς κτλ κτλ και να σου κάνει refund. Νομίζω το ebay σε καλύπτει για επιστροφές ελλατωματικών(χωρίς να πρέπει να πληρώσεις εσύ) και μπορεί να επέμβει. Σου έχει στείλει το ebay κάποιο μήνυμα;

Ποτέ δεν μου έχουν ζητήσει να τους στείλω το προβληματικό προιόν πίσω. Συνήθως μια φωτό ή βίντεο αρκεί και ή μου κάνουν refund ή μου στέλνουν άλλο (ή και τα 2!!!).

Μίλα του ευγενικά, πες του ότι θα καθυστερήσει πολύ να του το στείλεις και για αρχή να δει το βίντεο (στείλε το βίντε κατευθείαν).

Αλλιώς του το στέλνεις με δικά του έξοδα και βλέπεις.

Αν και γενικά δεν ζητάνε επιστροφή, ειδικά αν είναι από Κίνα, ακούω ότι γίνεται ψιλοκατάχρηση από ορισμένους "έξυπνους" που κάνουν ψευδείς δηλώσεις για ελατωματικά έτσι ώστε να κρατήσουν αυτό που ήδη πήραν αλλά και να πάρουν ένα δεύτερο "δωρεάν". Και ως γνωστόν "μαζί με τα ξερά.....".

Στο θέμα μας τώρα, μπορείς να του μιλήσεις ξεκάθαρα ότι το να περιμένει να το στείλεις πίσω και μετά αυτός να το αντικαταστήσει θα καθυστερήσει πάρα πολύ. Απλά και καθαρά.

Το μόνο ίσως "λάθος" που θα σου καταλογίσω είναι ότι (αν το κατάλαβα καλά) άνοιξες case χωρίς να μιλήσεις μαζί του πρώτα. Ε, είναι κάπως. Αν έχει "φορτώσει" κι εκείνος μπορεί να σκέφτηκε "έτσι το πας; οκ, ας το κάνουμε έτσι" και να σε καθυστερήσει μέσα στα πλαίσια του κανονισμού του ebay.

Συμφωνω με ApSiMan.Ειχα μια περιπτωση προσφατα απο φορτιστη τοιχου και αυτοκινητου για κινητο και δεν δουλευε κανενας. Του ειπα οτι αν δεν κανει refund θα του κανω αρνητικη κριτικη και αμεσως μου ειπε να κανω μια εικονικη επιστροφη για να κανει refund

Comments:For the testing i need to sent to an expert which mean cost. Also at the details items specifics are the conditions of the product which says: New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag But it wasnt new-unused-unopened-undamaged! You can see at the video (which i have already sent you) that have fingerprints back of the film (on the right top of display) and the film isnt apply correct which mean that the product was used and opened! Also the screen is damaged at the middle of the display , i pay for these conditions which you describe. To sum up i want a full refund because the product wasn t as the description(it was damaged) i am willing to sent it back to you if you take care the returning shipping cost.

Comments:i am sorry for this trouble and inconvenience caused. but for this screen we did tested it full working before dispatched. all the lcd display and touch function is fine. therefore could you confirm again if the all the ribbon connection is perfect? and the screen arrive in a security condition? and could you try to test it again from another motherboard? if after your double test the problem still the same. then please send some pictures on this screen detail include the packaging & address label.
