    Insomnia v2022 - Αναφορά bugs

Και σε εμένα το ίδιο, και από τα δύο υπολογιστές και από το κινητό...
  2. Hello, guys! Can you please check up if it is safe to order this item from AliExpress (i mean avoiding customs fee) in case if i'll select shipment from Poland?
  3. You will hardly notice any difference between your 24"FHD@75 screen and new one with 144Hz. 2080 looks like overkill for fullHD resolution, yes it isn't enough for comfort 4k gaming, but QHD gaming and 2080 are "made for each other". If we are speaking about future proof, I understand your concerns, but future is unpredictable and i'll give a try to QHD. Ofc you can go for UWFHD (2560x1080) - there are only 29% more calculations compared with FHD, and same ppi (in case of 29" UWFHD) with 24" FHD. Doing so atleast you will get some obvious improvements in picture quality and gameplay experience. Speaking about panel types IPS looks like "jack of all trades", when VA is for video/dark slow games, and TN is for fast FPS at high refresh rates... But you mentioned that: so far i would stick with IPS...
  4. Only usefull review i found was this one. just a phrase from review: "the slowest monitor at the current group we benchmark"
  5. I can agree with you, but cheap VA panels suffer badly from ghosting and input lag, ofc they are preferable for video and slow dark games. So far i would stick with IPS panel for gaming/everyday use...
  6. among those two, yes, LG... Dell is not a gaming one
  7. @Stelios712 Check this review for LG and this for Dell. IMHO 27" is too big for 1080p, i would better prefer QHD for 27. Also Dell pixel response and input lag seem really bad (15ms response time (black to white) and 47ms total input lag) - so it isnt for fast FPS games definitely... I don't understand why Tom's Hardware said those two items were strong points... LG have better default VRR(Variable Refresh Rate) range 40-75 with 48-75 for Dell (but those limits are often easy editable (especially lower one) by CRU(custom resolution utility)). Ofc it is almost impossible to get LFC(Low framerate compensation) working with such a strict VRR.
  8. Hello, guys! Got one AOC Q3279VWFD8 for 200e. So far i am very happy with my purchase: PROS: no dead pixels at all; great colors (for nonprofessional usage); acceptable IPS glow (left bottom and left upper corners mostly); almost no noticable IPS BLB; acceptable ghosting with overdrive set to weak at 75hz; almost no input lag, which is great for gaming! great text sharpness and readability (that was important for me!); Freesync working as intended at 38-76 range; Easy (oneclick) modes/profiles, volume control access; CONS: not very intuitive menu buttons placement; no height adjustment; no VESA mount; default FreeSync range 48-75 looks like too limited (you need CRU to circumvent it); some flickering at 36-37Hz refresh rate, which makes enabling LFC almost impossible (maybe that depends from exemplar); worth to mention that my GPU is Sapphire RX 588 Nitro+, and i am experiencing some wierd issue while in idle with my memory clock jumps (from 300mhz to 2000) instant if i only change monitor refresh rate from 60 to 75 in windows. But overall performance is OK: most AAA titles performing smooth within freesync range, QHD, settings almost High. some usefull links: best detailed review i found; usefull forum thread about monitor overclocking / freesync range widening; So it looks like real bargain for 200e with no real competitors at this mark. Btw i speak greek, but my written greek is too bad...
