PlayStation UK boss says PS4 and Vita bundle 'concept becoming more real'

 

 

 

"Right now, as I sit here today, we're not producing a box that fits a PS4 and PS Vita in that one box. We could probably change our mind in the morning and still have it ready for launch to be honest so it's not a big decision. It's not a hard thing to do.

"We're still in the planning phase so it's not a yes, its not a no," 

Gara added. "And the option is still there to pick up the two of them. We'll make it happen in the ways that are best for our retail partners really and we'll work with them. The concept is becoming more real by the week."

Playstation 4′s DualShock 4 Will Work ‘Just Fine’ On The PC For Basic Functions

 

A lot of our readers wondered whether the DualShock 4 would work on the PC or whether Sony would have to release some drivers for it. Well, good news everyone as Shuhei Yoshida, president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios, confirmed today that the controller will work just fine on the PC for basic functions.

 

When a fan asked about DS4 and whether Sony would release a driver to use DS4 with windows, Shuhei had this to say:

Shuhei then confirmed that DS4 will be compatible with Windows for default functions and only. This means that all buttons and analog sticks will work fine on the PC platform (without the need of installing a driver).
