Αλλαγές στο envato.com... Φορολόγηση ΦΠΑ!!

Καλησπέρα... μου ήρθε ειδοποίηση στο envato.com πως το 2015 θα προστεθεί φορολόγηση ΦΠΑ και μου ζητάει να γράψω το ΑΦΜ μου. Εγώ στο συγκεκριμένο site έχω ένα prtofolio στο οποίο πουλάω κάποια αντικείμενα και έχω βγάλει ένα χαρτζιλίκι (λίγα πράγματα). Πρέπει να προσέξω κάτι άμα βάλω το ΑΦΜ μου?

Preparing for EU VAT Changes in Early 2015

 

Early in 2015, Envato Market will start collecting EU Value Added Tax (VAT) from EU non-business buyers, in accordance with changes to the EU VAT telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic service rules (see official announcement).

Confirming Country of Residence and VAT Numbers

To prepare for this, starting today, we will be asking all buyers and authors to confirm that the country we have on record is their correct country of residence for tax and legal purposes. Following confirmation of country of residence, EU-based users will have the option to provide their EU VAT number.

EU buyers who provide a valid EU VAT number as well as buyers who confirm their country is not located in the EU will not be charged VAT on Envato Market. For EU non-business buyers, we will add VAT based on the rate in their country of residence to the list price of the item(s) at time of purchase.

For EU authors, we’ll be managing the EU VAT compliance (i.e. collection, record keeping, invoicing, remittance, and so on) for sales made to non-business buyers through Envato Market. As always, for advice specific to your tax situation we recommend that you speak to a professional accountant / tax advisor. You can confirm or update your country of residence and enter your EU VAT number (if applicable) on your settings page and we encourage all authors and buyers to do this as soon as possible.

Flag Displays

Users who have a country flag badge displaying on their profile should note that the residence country will determine this badge going forward. You can choose to display your new country badge from the personal information section of your settings page.

Previously there was a flag selection that included options like “EU” which aren’t strictly countries. Additionally some members selected countries other than their residence (e.g. an American living in Canada might choose the US flag). Because country information is starting to be used a lot more seriously on Envato Market in things like taxes, we’re moving to have a single consistent country field. For any users not wanting to display the flag of their residence, you can optionally switch off the flag display.

Κοίταξε, στο συγκεκριμένο site ανεβάζεις δικά σου project ή διάφορα, και όταν τα πουλάς ένα ποσό πάει στους κατόχους της σελίδας και τα υπόλοιπα σε εσένα. Τώρα η αγορά δεν ξέρω από τι γίνεται δλδ ακόμα και εσύ μπορείς να αγοράσεις. 

 

Απλά μην γίνει τίποτα με φορολογικές δηλώσεις και τα σχετικά.!

Κανονικά και πριν έπρεπε να αποδίδεις φόρο και φπα απλά έκτακτα. Τώρα πρέπει με ενδοκοινοτική γιατί έχουν φορολογικό αντιπρόσωπο.

Τι θα γινει οταν/αμα αναφέρουν το ΑΦΜ σου στην ΔΟΥ, και η ΔΟΥ δει οτι εσυ απο μερια σου δεν δηλώνεις κάτι? Δεν ξερω οι ιδιοι τι ακριβως θα κάνουν, αλλα σιγουρα μπορεί να μπλεχτείς για ενα κομμάτι ψωμι. Μην βιαστείς...

Αα δεν νομίζω. Προσωπικά δεν το έχω βάλει! Δεν έχω βγάλει κιόλας λεφτά (δεν έχω φτάσει το ποσό ) οπότε δεν ξέρω άμα θα μου ζητήσει τότε.
