Δυσκολη ταινια για μεγαλα παιδια. Μοναδικες ταινιες με μηνυματα που σου αλλαζουν το τροπο που σκεφτεσαι και ισως και το τροπο ζωης, αναλογως ποσο επαφη εχεις με την ενσυναισθηση.

Πηρε 7 βραβεια μεταξυ αυτων και ενα Καννων. Η βαθμολογια του στο imdb=7.8/10

Εγω αδυνατω να τη βαθμολογησω, μιας και τη θεωρω ανεκτιμητη, ταινια που βγαινει μια φορα καθε 10 χρονια και παθαινεις σιγουρα σοκ αμα τη παρακολουθησεις. Οπως ας πουμε το " City of god "

Ούτε καν κάνω τον κόπο να βάλω εικονίτσα και imdb link. Ταινία που απευθύνεται σε 13χρονα με πολλές μπερδεμένες ορμόνες και απόμα περισσότερο μπερδεμένα και μεθυσμένα εγκεφαλικά κύτταρα.

Αρκετα καλο δεν το περιμενα οχι σαν το πρωτο αλλα περναει η ωρα ευχαριστα ενα 6.8 ανετα

για μενα το den of thieves 2 ηταν πραγματικα απαλευτο και γραμμενο στο ποδι, οι δε ερμηνειες επιπεδου ταινιας που βγαινει απευθειας για βιντεοκασσετα. Λυπαμαι λιγο τις 2 ωρες που αφιερωσα. Καμια σχεση με το 1ο που αποτι θυμαμαι ηταν μια ευχαριστη εκπληξη.

• Over the course of his career, Admiral Yi fought in at least 23 recorded naval engagements, all against the Japanese. In most of these battles, he was outnumbered and lacked necessary supplies. His most famous victory occurred at the Battle of Myeongnyang, where despite being outnumbered 133 warships to 13, he managed to disable or destroy 31 of the 133 Japanese warships without losing a single ship of his own. Yi died from a gunshot wound at the naval Battle of Noryang on December 16, 1598. His last words, "[t]he battle is at its height. Beat my war drums. Do not announce my death", are often cited as an important part of his character."
   
• The man I'm going to talk about is potentially the biggest example of manly manliness that ever floated on the seven seas. His name was Yi Sun-Shin, and he was the Korean admiral during the Imjin Wars. He's well respected by EVERYONE - Japanese and Koreans both (not so much by some of the latter when he was living, more on that in a bit), just because he was honourable both on the field (sea) of battle and off of it.
• Despite never having received naval training or participating in naval combat prior to the war, and constantly being outnumbered and outsupplied, he went to his grave as one of few admirals in world history who remained undefeated after commanding as many naval battles as he did (at least 23. That's actually insane, especially when you consider that this was over the course of only 5-6 years. Think of THAT when you're sitting on the couch playing CoD).
• Just for a short synopsis - he became a small time admiral after politicking happened, and while he was there, he transformed the Korean navy from being shitty to being awesome, especially transitioning his invention, the turtle ship, into the navy. Because real men fucking love turtles. So basically, the Japanese, not hearing yet about how amazing this dude was, decided that their samurai were the shit and that Korea was like the new girl on the block. Sort of. So they decided to invade her goofy ass, not expecting her to put up much of a fight because they're fucking SAMURAI.
• Aaaand then Yi comes in and is all "Hey man, imma let you finish, but I have TURTLE ships." And then he proceeded to kick the Japanese Navy's ass over and over and over again until they really REALLY fucking hated him, yet admired him because he was so badass. Unfortunately for our friend Yi, politicking happened again, this time ending up with him in jail, being tortured for MONTHS, while his rival took over the massive navy that he had so painstakingly put together. And of course, because his rival was such a dipshit that I can't even remember his name, almost the ENTIRE Korean Navy was sunk in the next naval battle with the Japanese. This was a problem, because to invade Korea, the Japanese needed to....yknow...sail there. And Yi had KEPT them from sailing there because he was awesome. Well, there were thirteen ships that decided to not sink. And the government was all "Oh shit. Uh. HEY YI! We actually love you and we didn't mean any of that torture and stuff....can you save our goofy asses?" And because he was a baller, Yi agreed, facing off with his thirteen ships against the ENTIRE Japanese Navy of 333 ships. Now, you might be saying that this is the reason that he died a glorious death there, but you're WRONG. Because he didn't. He kicked the Japanese back to the Home Islands, absolutely DEMOLISHING their navy in a battle. Thirteen. Against 333. Tell me why this isn't a movie again?
• Eventually, after plentiful amounts of more ass-kicking, he found himself at the final battle against the Japanese. The Koreans were winning (again), everything was going great...But then Yi, because he just had so much animal magnetism, attracted a stray arrow that killed him. Before his death though, he made sure his son wore his armour so that the troops wouldn't know he was dead. Even when he was DYING, this is YI we're talking about. Massive balls, remember? He doesn't give a shit about the arrow in him, he just wants to make sure they win!
• Sure enough, they win, and Korea was consequently free from Japanese rule till about 1900. And with that, I'll leave you with a quote from the man himself:

Διαβασα μια λέξη γι 'αυτη σε μια κριτική...την έλεγαν "αφρώδη". Νομίζω ότι έτσι ακριβώς θα το έλεγα κι εγώ. Απολαυστικη στην ατμόσφαιρα, ο διάλογος είναι πνευματώδης με την Ιταλοαμερικάνικη αίσθηση του, ο Nicolas Cage είναι εκρηκτικος όσο ποτέ, η Cher είναι πάντα ένα θαύμα να τη βλεπεις, ωστόσο δεν θα μπορούσα να πω το ίδιο για τη χημεία του ζευγαριού.

Στη τελικη, είναι αρκετά ρηχη σα ταινια, με ιταλοαμερικανικά στερεότυπα, υπερβολικα γυαλισμενο σκηνικό του Μπρούκλιν και ψιλοκλασσικη ταινια για Όσκαρ.

Mε το που ξεκιναει η ταινια, μονο απο τη σκηνογραφια, σκηνοθεσια και γενικως ολα τα τεχνικα, καταλαβαινεις οτι θα δεις ταινιαρα, που τελικα δε θα σε απογοητευσει σε καμια περιπτωση.

Καλη θεαση......... !!!

Omohide poro poro (1991) 

Αυτή η ταινία όσο προχωρούσε γινόταν όλο και καλύτερη!! Είναι μια σπάνια απόλαυση όταν 2 ώρες κινηματογραφικού χρόνου αισθάνονται απολύτως απαραίτητα. Νιώθω ότι μου έχουν ξεφύγει τόσα πολλά μικρά πράγματα, και ανυπομονώ να τη ξαναδώ σύντομα και να τα ανακαλύψω όλα.9/10
