Nvidia RTX3000 Series (Ampere)

Στη Γερμανία ακόμα και οι φθηνότερες (Zotac κτλ) ξεκινούν για pre-order στα 799 ευρώ. Έχουμε δηλαδή ένα καπέλο κατ' ελάχιστο 100 ευρώ. Εγώ έχω κρατημένη τιμή στα 769 για την TUF OC, δηλαδή 40 ευρώ πάνω από MSRP.  Όμως μαζί με διπλά μεταφορικά (από το κατάστημα στο φίλο μου στη Γερμανία και από κει προς εμένα) θα φτάσει 820 χαλαρά. Οπότε η αγορά από Ελλάδα έστω και στα 929 αν μπορείς να κόψεις τιμολόγιο είναι μια χαρά (βγαίνει 749 + φπα)

Παιδιά δύο ερωτήσεις

Α) θα χρειαστώ πιστεύετε gpu holder?

Β) φίλος ψήνεται για την στριξ.η oc σε σχέση με την απλή τι διαφορές έχουν λέτε? Μήπως είναι απλά factory oced η πρώτη? Η παίζει να ναι όπως οι tis που επέτρεπαν φλασαρισμα bios ενώ οι άλλες ήταν κλειδωμένες?

There was mention on techspot that the TUF OC is custom and the TUF NONOC follows the Nvidia Reference Spec.

The only one change could be this which might relate to extra power limit.

8 and 6-phase portions power, the answer is the GPU. So 14 phases feed into the GPU, or 16 55A powerstages. The 8-phase power rail is for NVVDD and the 6-phase power rail is for MSVDD while the 4-phase power rail is for the GDDR6X memory.

the Nvidia reference board uses an 8 + 5 + 3 power phase design featuring 50A Alpha & Omega Semiconductor power stages. In other words, Asus has beefed up the TUF Gaming OC well over the Nvidia reference spec.

If the TUF OC vs TUF NONOC i am not sure, it is really odd since we could only order the NON OC but every single review sample on the planet was the TUF OC model. Not a single review of the NON OC we could only buy.

the price difference appears to be just a factory overclock, silicon quality with the 3080 looks like a fine edge with most boosting to 1955Mhz. Worst case we might see 1955Mhz instead of 2000Mhz. 1% less performance in reality not a loss of much.

The power draw is not linear at those last few Mhz jumps either its not like from 100Mhz - 1800Mhz the draw is quite excessive when you start stepping up that high.

So more heat to deal with and more power usage for 1%, I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Μιας και ειχε γινει μια ενδιαφερουσα συζητηση τελευταια  βρηκα ενα παρα πολυ ενδιαφερον βιντεακι με τα κερδη σε αποδοση  απο γενια σε γενια, καθως και τις σκεψεις του σχολιαστη που βρισκω αρκετα ενδιαφερουσες αναφορικα με την τιμολογιακη πολιτικη και την καταναλωση.

Την 480 την θυμάμαι πολύ πιο πάνω από 56%..80-90% έφτανε σε πολλές περιπτώσεις.

Και αν συγκρίνει 3080 vs 2080 η διαφορά είναι αρκετά μεγαλύτερη από 46%.

Βασικά μόνο η 285 λείπει. 295 και 590 είχαν δύο gpu. H σύγκριση 780 με 580 είναι άκυρο σύμφωνα με αυτό που είπα..

 να κανω μια  ερωτηση: ολα αυτα  που λενε  για τα crashes, capasitors, και  κτλ  για τις  3080 ισχυουν; επειδη  γινεται χαμος στο διαδικτυο
