Kirin 970: Και η Huawei κάνει τη μετάβαση σε 10nm; Η Huawei λάνσαρε πρόσφατα τον κορυφαίο της επεξεργαστή Kirin 960 και οι πληροφορίες τη θέλουν να έχει ξεκινήσει ήδη την ανάπτυξη της επόμενης γενιάς. Δεδομένων των βημάτων που κάνει η Huawei για να εδραιωθεί στην αγορά, δεν θα μας φαινόταν παράξενο να έχει ξεκινήσει το επόμενο βήμα. Οι πληροφορίες λένε ότι ο επόμενης γενιάς επεξεργαστής θα ονομαστεί Kirin 970 και θα κατασκευαστεί με τη διαδικασία των 10nm. H τωρινή ναυαρχίδα της Huawei, Kirin 960, βασίζεται στη διαδικασία 16nm FinFET, όπως και ο προηγούμενος Kirin 950.
