Linksys WAG354G firmware :-(((

Έχω το παραπάνο μοντέλο. Πάω να κατεβάσω firmware και έχει δύο επιλογές.

1) WAG354G V1.0 - Wireless-G ADSL Home Gateway (Annex A)

2) WAG354G V2.0 - Wireless-G ADSL Home Gateway

Εγώ έχω σίγουρα Annex A (adsl over pstn).

Όταν επιλέγω το 2 μου λέει ότι και αυτό είναι Annex A. Άρα κάτι παίζετε με την έκδοση (V1.0, V2.0). Δεν γράφει πουθενά σε μένα τί έκδοση είναι.

Ποια θα κατεβάσω;

 

P.S: (Έχω εγκατεστημένη την 1.01.05gr αυτή που είχε δώσει η Forthnet)1.05gr

Για να έχεις την 1.01.05 υποθέτω πως έχεις V1 γιατί το V2 έχει ως initial release την 1.01.54.

 

Για πιο λόγο να αναβαθμίσεις? Η τελευταία έκδοση ειναι η 1.01.09 αλλά έχει τα προβλήματα των disconnects.Το μόνο που προσθέτει είναι Adsl+2 support.

Είδα πιο καινούριο και είπα να το κάνω αναβάθμιση. Αλλά αφού λες ότι έχει πρόβλημα θα το σκεφτώ πολύ.

I have already verified this concern. Currently our product engineers are still on the process of developing an ANNEX B firmware for specific routers including the WAG354G. Regarding your concern, I would suggest that you would use the ANNEX A firmware. That will also work with the current router that you have.
