καλησπερα σας, Σημερα δεχτηκαν τα εγγραφα μου στην Revolut και οταν παω να αγορασω την φυσικη καρτα με το που βαζω τα στοιχεια μου και παταω για αγορα μου βγαζει το μηνυμα oops! something went wrong. 
προσπαθησα με δυο καρτες αλλα τπτ.

Λόγω ιού και εκλογών δεν είναι και η καλύτερη περίοδος, εγώ μαζεύομαι σιγά σιγά.

Δεν θα επηρεάσει κάτι η Βρέξοδος, είμαστε πελάτες Λιθουανίας πλέον, θα μας είχαν ενημερώσει για τυχόν επιπτώσεις.

Ακριβώς δεν μιλάω για το wallet που το μετετρεψαν σε Λιθουανικο ΙΒΑΝ. Παρακάτω ένα mail που ἐστειλαν

As you know, the UK will formally leave the EU after 31 December 2020. As a result, our trading company, Revolut Trading Limited (RTL), will no longer be able to passport its services across the EEA from 1 January 2021, as an appointed representative of its UK principal firm (which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.)

This means that RTL will no longer be authorised on behalf of its principal firm to advertise, promote or otherwise provide the trading service to you under EU law after this date. You can, however, choose to continue trading with RTL from 1 January 2021 if you are comfortable with how the following changes affect you, so please do read on.

 

What do I need to do?

You have until 31 December 2020 to decide what to do next. We will continue to update you via the Revolut App, email and our Help centre page with relevant information.

You have two choices:

Choice 1: To continue Trading with RTL, from early November you can download the latest version of the Revolut App and confirm via the Revolut App that from 1 January 2021:

- You are trading with RTL at your own initiative

- You are trading with RTL on the basis of an ongoing relationship

- You have been made aware that the trading service is not provided by an investment entity authorised in the EU

- You are aware that you do not have the benefit of any EU regulatory protections or investor compensation schemes by Trading with RTL

OR

Choice 2: You can sell down your positions, transfer your cash from your investment wallet into your payments wallet and then close your trading account by 31 December 2020, should you no longer wish to continue trading with RTL after this date. Normal fees and charges will apply.

Μπορεί κάποιος της δουλειάς, να μας εξηγήσει το παραπάνω μύνημα?? Έχω πάρει 20 δολλάρια μετοχές tesla έτσι για πλακα, το trading στο app, είναι πολύ εύκολο. Είχα σκοπό να πάρω μια μετοχη στο σύνολο, αλλά τώρα μπερδεύτηκα.

Επίσης από φίλη μου που δουλεύει στην teleperformance και έχει το τηλεφωνικό support καρτων μου είπε ότι δέχεται πολλες κλήσεις με προβληματα της revo, στην ουσία δεν υπάρχει υπαλληλος δηλαδη, όπως πχ στην εθνική για να συννενοηθεις, και δεν την εμπιστεύεται για trading. 

Δηλαδή φαντάσου να έχεις σπρώξει 5000€ μετοχές, και ξαφνικά να σου πει δεν σου αναγνωρίζω την ταυτότητα, και τρεχα γυρεύει μετά...

Καλημέρα, αν μπορούσε κάποιος να μας διαφωτίσει λίγο για τα νέα δεδομένα θα ήταν σίγουρα χρήσιμο...

Αυτό που γράφει το mail σε γενικές γραμμές είναι ότι ακόμα δεν έχουν άδεια στην Λιθουανία για trading οπότε άμα θέλεις να συνεχίσεις να χρησιμοποιείς την υπηρεσία τους πρέπει να παραμείνεις στο Revolut Trading UK όπου εκεί λόγο του brexit δεν θα έχεις τα δικαιώματα της Ευρώπης σε περίπτωση που πάει κάτι στραβά και θέλεις να βρεις το δίκιο σου.

Θα κρέμεσαι από την Revolut όπου θα προσπαθήσει να κάνει το καλύτερο δυνατόν για να σε εξυπηρετήσει.

Όσο μπορώ να καταλάβω, πρέπει να αποδεχτούμε κάποια πράγματα ως το τέλος του έτους, π.χ. δεν μας προστατεύουν πλέον κανονισμοί και υπηρεσίες της Ε.Ε.

Δεν έχει έρθει ενημέρωση για τα κρυπτονομίσματα, καθώς ενημερώνουν αρκετό καιρό νωρίτερα πιστεύω πως -προς το παρόν- δεν επηρεάζονται.
