Κοίτα η αγορά δέν κάνει οτι υπολογίζεις. Αυτό το υπολόγιζα στο 2 με 2.20..... τι να κάνουμε..... υπομονή

βλέπουμε αν δοκιμάσει τίποτα το 0.80 range και περιμένουμε. Είναι το κύμα  Έλιοτ .

Παιδιά καλημέρα και εγώ έχω την αίσθηση ότι "κάποιοι" χειραγωγούν την αγορά για πάρα πολλούς λόγους που δεν είναι της παρούσης. Επίσης συμφωνώ με τον ..Baker, οι φάλαινες αγοράσαν τώρα φθηνά και η αγορά στο επόμενο χρονικό διάστημα θα ανέβει για να βγάλουν το κάτι τι τους.. χωρίς να θέλω να πάρω κάποιον στο λαιμό μου, μόνο τον εαυτό μου..

Τοποθετηθείτε σε σοβαρά projects με προοπτική επιδιώκοντας medium-long term profits. Το short term έχει μεγάλο ρίσκο πάντοτε , ποσο μαλλον τώρα. Υπάρχουν κατά την γνώμη μου ευκαιρίες σήμερα σε αρκετά σοβαρά νομίσματα.Παρεπιπτόντως εγώ πιστεύω ότι έχει και άλλο πιο κάτω στις αμέσως επόμενες ωρες

Ναί, κανονικά....ενώ όλα φαίνοταν πολύ ρόδινα και οτι θα πάμε πιό ψηλά, τελικά ακολουθάμε το παλιό γράφημα και νά το Έλιοτ wave correction..... αλλά εντάξει στο επόμενο πάμε για τα ΑΤΗ. Στα 0.80 αγοράζω και άλλα πάντως.

Πρόσφατο άρθρο της Wall Street Journal που αναφέρεται στην επιπολαιότητα του SEC, όσον αφορά τη μη υλοποίηση κάποιου θεσμικού πλαισίου για τα κρυπτονομίσματα. 

Αναφέρει φυσικά ξεκάθαρα την υπόθεση της Ripple. Παραθέτω ολόκληρο το άρθρο γιατί είναι σε paywall.

Άρχισαν να το παίρνουν χαμπάρι όλοι πια ότι η υπόθεση είναι χαμένη για το SEC.

Cryptocurrencies are a new force in financial markets, but their emergence is following an old pattern, for better and worse. Wednesday saw a step toward institutionalizing their trade with the $86 billion public offering of Coinbase, the largest U.S. cryptocurrency exchange. But regulators are creating danger for currency developers and retail investors.

The uncertainty is on display in the Securities and Exchange Commission case against Ripple Labs, a digital currency issuer. The SEC in December charged Ripple with issuing $1.3 billion in unregistered securities, based on the company’s initial offering of its currency in 2013. The agency says Ripple’s efforts to promote and profit from its product qualify the currency as a security, subject to the restrictions that govern sales of equities.

Yet court findings in the discovery phase of the suit have highlighted the inconsistency of the SEC’s approach. In March federal Judge Analisa Torres told lawyers that Ripple “has a utility,” casting doubt on the SEC’s view that the tokens are principally a claim on future profits. And last week Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn granted Ripple access to the SEC’s discussions of bitcoin and ether, the two largest cryptocurrencies, which the agency considers exempt from its rules.

 

The SEC believes bitcoin and ether aren’t securities, in part because their developers don’t profit from their sale. But those exemptions were announced through statements from former SEC Chairman Jay Clayton in 2019 and 2020, with no formal rule-making. The findings by Judges Torres and Netburn in the Ripple case suggest that the agency hasn’t set clear rules for which currencies it regulates and which it doesn’t.

This confusion poses risks for investors. Coinbase delisted Ripple after the SEC filed suit in December, prompting a selloff that wiped out more than 60% of its value. The prices of Ripple and similar currencies have since tracked with the court’s statement’s on the SEC’s case. U.S. participants in the $2 trillion cryptocurrency market are seeking clarity that the agency has declined to provide, preferring to announce its positions through individual enforcement actions.

Hope for a clear stance now rests on Gary Gensler, who on Wednesday was confirmed as SEC chairman. Mr. Gensler called cryptocurrency rules a priority in his confirmation hearing. Yet asked if new currencies should be subject to securities rules, he said it depends on “the extent that somebody is offering an investment contract or security that’s under the SEC’s remit.” This echoes the agency’s current, unrefined standard on cryptocurrencies, which the court is now calling into question.

Commissioner Hester Peirce has set out the clearest position within the agency for rules on cryptocurrency issuance. On Tuesday she released an updated plan for a “safe harbor” that would exempt digital currencies from most securities regulations during a three-year development period. The plan would allow issuers to develop their networks and let buyers trade new currencies peer-to-peer, subject only to the antifraud provisions of the 1933 Securities Act.

Mr. Gensler may have signaled his openness to the proposal Wednesday by saying he’d “work with fellow commissioners and see how we can move forward.” A next step for the SEC should be to recognize the harm of its current ad hoc approach. Investors and developers deserve to know whether their actions in the market are legal before they read news of the latest SEC lawsuit.

Καλημέρα και από μένα, τα έλεγα εγω, δεν τα έλεγα? Αλλά είναι μια καλή ευκαιρία για αγορές όπως πολύ καλά αναφέρει ο φίλος Ashes. Εγώ γιατί έχω την εντύπωση πως τραβάνε το λάστιχο από την σφεντόνα και στα κοντά θα δούμε πάλι εκτινάξεις τύπου Space Columbia????

Δεν ειναι τιποτε . Εχει κανει ηδη bounce back το bitcoin και ακολουθουν οι μικροι.

Ειχαμε απλα liquidations σε Longs , που οδηγει σε συνεχομενα sell offs στα exhanges.

Αυτοι που κανουν leverage trade την εχουν πατησει. Ειναι domino effect.

Το bounce back προσωπικα νομιζω πως θα διαρκεσει και θα επανελθουμε στα υψηλα επιπεδα τις επομενες ωρες.

Και φυσικα οι μεγαλοι αγοραζουν τωρα.
